These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tesla Hunter Pro (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Tesla Hunter Pro is an independent, subscription-based research tool that aggregates publicly available used-Tesla listings and provides search, analysis, and estimated metrics. We do not sell vehicles and are not a party to any transaction between you and a seller. We are not affiliated with Tesla, Inc.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
The Service is offered on a recurring monthly subscription of $10/month (USD) following a 3-day free trial. By starting a subscription you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe, and Apple for iOS purchases) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged. Prices may change with notice. Payments are processed by third parties subject to their terms.
You may cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial-period charges are not prorated. Cancelling during the free trial avoids any charge.
You agree not to: scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service's data; reverse engineer or circumvent access controls; share your account; use the Service unlawfully; or overload or disrupt the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service and all data are provided "as is" and "as available," for informational purposes only, and do not constitute financial, legal, mechanical, or purchasing advice. Much data is aggregated from third parties or statistically estimated and may be inaccurate. See our Disclaimer. You are responsible for independently verifying all information before any purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tesla Hunter Pro and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tesla Hunter Pro from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may modify the Service or these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
